As a Health Coach, taking prescription antiviral drugs is always my last choice. When I have cold symptoms such as sneezing, blocked nose or sore throat, all I need is getting enough rest and drinking my cold remedy. Please try this remedy and let me know if it works for you.


Warm water: 500ml

1 small chunk fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced

2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and sliced

Juice from ¼ lime or lemon

2 teaspoons raw honey


Pour hot water into a mug then add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Cover the mug and drink it every day until you completely recover. When you drink it up, simply add more hot water. Do remember to use fresh ingredients the next day.
