Garlic has long been known for its powerful antibacterial and antiviral properties.

My mom is a big fan of garlic. Before consuming garlic regularly, she had an average of 2-3 colds per year. But thanks to this natural remedy, she hasn’t had a cold in the last few years.

To make the garlic wine, you will need:

  • 5 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 10 ml 35% white wine

Directions:

  • Cut the cloves of garlic into pieces and let the garlic sit for about 5 minutes then place in jar.
  • Add the white wine then close the jar tightly and keep it there for about 10 days.

How to use:

Taking 10 drops of the garlic wine and mix with a small cup of water. Drink this remedy once a day after meals.

Precaution: This remedy is for adults only.  You should stop using garlic 7 to 10 days before surgery because garlic can prolong bleeding time.
